Ward Signs Republican Party Pledge

Only Idaho Candidate to Sign RNC “Reagan Resolution”

Eagle, ID – Today, 1st Congressional Candidate Vaughn Ward pledged to uphold the principles in the Republican National Committee “Reagan Resolution”. Ward is the only candidate in Idaho to sign the pledge.

The RNC Reagan Resolution pledge states, “I, Vaughn Ward, hereby pledge to the people of my district (ID-1) upon my election to the U.S. House of Representatives, to sponsor and support legislation that adheres to the principles of the Reagan Resolution.”

“I agree with all of these core conservative principles and I will fight for them in Congress,” Ward said. “I want to be part of the new conservative leadership that uses these conservative values and takes our country in the right direction.”

“It is important that we send leaders to Congress who will bring our shared conservative values with them.  I have no doubt that by supporting these 10 principles we can successfully reduce our federal debt, lower taxes on families, create jobs through small businesses, ensure our National Security, and protect our core family values,” concluded Ward.
